If that happens, don't restart the stage just yet – practice that section as many times as necessary until you get down how to kill those rows of pink jerks, obtaining Bursts in the process. Repeat this process for the other rows of freaks which will come flying towards you, until you reach the end.Īnd if the freaks actually touch you, or you somehow killed one of the freaks in the row before they were about to touch you, then it will shoot bullets, they will hit you, and you will fall to your death. If you did it correctly, you will have successfully killed all the freaks in that row, you will have obtained a Burst for each kill, and you will be able to keep advancing. Carefully fly yourself in front of the row, and as the first freak is about to touch you, shoot each bullet timely and carefully so that you kill each freak flying towards you in sequence. When traversing the pits, rows of these little freaks will come flying towards you. In this Gateway level, near the end, there is a section where you have to cross through two long pits on those flying-grabby thingies which fly you to the right and can be controlled to go up or down. However, if you kill it up close, and you get a Burst, it will NOT shoot said bullets. Ī word about these flying pink jerks Note: See this little pink freak? If you kill it at a distance it will shoot bullets in four directions (eight directions in Hard mode). Special thanks to Turbo_TRex for this list! You can find the original list here at GameFaqs. Distopia (Plasma Legion): Shock and Analyzer.Subspace (Briar Guardian): Heat and Slicer.(Don't know about Tenzou and the characters from the Rivals DLC).Playing as Joule: Fake Beck - All Elements.Playing as Beck or Call: Gunvolt - Press.Playing as Gunvolt or Ekoro: Beck - Shock.City (Round Digger): All Elements (Selecting "None" does NOT count as an Element).Latter stages and bosses are covered by the spoiler tag: You'll know a boss is weak to a particular Element if you equip that Element, and each hit with your bullets produces a green impact. If you chose the CP increase or the sticker, you can beat the stage and the boss again to select the Element. Issue 4: Ambient mode makes my Q9FN crash 100% of the time normally within 2 to 3mins of it being on.When you beat a stage you will be given the option of getting a CP increase, or getting the Element of the boss you just defeated, or maybe also a sticker. It did same thing with its Netflix app changing the backlight up 8 points itself (and no it was not due to HDR pumping the backlight up) One time the settings for HDMI 2 a Chromecast connected to it, the picture settings slightly changed on there own. I have seen it not reset but slightly change my picture settings after being off all night more than once. Issue 3: This is differant from HDMI issues.

So even after it seemed to set itself up for the PS4 PRO it had done it quite badly wrong and needed manual help. Took me a while but I eventually found it was just the black level setting was not matching what the PS4 PRO was outputting and had to be changed manually.

Nope I immediately noticed something was very wrong with the picture quality. I connected PS4 PRO to HDMI port 4 and it auto detecte it when I turned the PS4 PRO on and changed the HDMI label to PS4 so all good. I just manually changed the HDMI tag to Blu ray player. Issue 1: It did not identify my Panasonic UHD player and just called it "unknown" but at least it worked perfectly anyway. I had issues with the HDMI auto detection and setup too. I saw that there's a way to turn of Global Dimming in the Service Menu, but has anyone found a way to completely turn off Local Dimming? Is there a petition anywhere for us to make some noise to request this? There are also a lot of underground levels in the Super Mario games which have mostly black backgrounds and the little enemies and areas that should obviously be white are not.

Of course, when I close the home menu, the text dims back to grey again.

When I press the Home button on the TV remote, the menu pops out of the bottom of the screen, and since the menu background's white, it makes the text in the game turn perfectly white (as it should be). At the start of a new game, there's a sentence of perfectly white text on a black background, however the TV always dims the text to grey. The first thing I did when I got my TV set up (and turned off various Eco settings) was that I hooked up my Nintendo Switch and started playing Mighty Gunvolt Burst. I don't know what the purpose is for local dimming, but I would accept a not-quite-perfect-black if it means my whites are actually white all the time.

I know this is a known issue, but I was wondering if anyone's come up with a solution yet since Samsung hasn't pushed out a firmware update to give us the option. There is no OFF setting for Local Dimming.
